Jake Whittington
Jake has been in the hospitality industry for over 12 years, he has worked in management roles for both independent and national brands across the country. In 2017, after being selected as 1 of 2 people from thousands of applicants from the UK, he spent a month in Stockholm training to become a qualified bar instructor under the european bartender school, the largest and most prestigious bar school in the world.
Jake has also spent 3 years working for Bacardi in a commercial and training roll, consulting venues across the North West in growing their brands and businesses.
After leaving Bacardi, alongside launching Liquid Concepts Hospitality Consultancy where he has consulted for Michelin Star venues, he's open multiple hospitality venues across the North West.
